Merriwyn Stud is a small lifestyle block in Hastings dedicated to breeding only a few miniature
horses each year. Many of our minis are AMHA registered as well as NZMHA and have extensive American Bloodlines. Our
first love is our horses and with only a small herd we are able to spend time rearing and breeding these remarkable little
horses. Merriwyn is purpose built for miniature horses with a 4 stall stable block, smaller paddocks with shelters,
and our maternity Mums are alarmed in a floodlit paddock. Our herd Sire has proudly presented us with many wonderful foals.
We believe temperament is essential and that is what we look for in a bloodline, along with conformation, then size and colour.
